You will be given every opportunity to grow and develop within your job role right from your first day of employment. All employees are given a comprehensive induction, training programme, enrolled onto Team Teach Positive Behaviour Training level 2 course and Emergency First Aid at Work as basic. We want to ensure that you feel valued, supported and given the correct tools in order to ensure you can deliver the highest level of care to our young people, complying with the Quality Care Standards and specific to individual care plans.
